I love what the staff have done with the place. Looks great inside & outside. All the Dr.s are great to deal with and do amazing follow up care when needed. They offer so many different things with having a skin Dr. surgeon, physio, ultrasound, just to name a few things. As well as having the Emerg clinic for the "just in case times". My pets love coming there.

The staff are friendly enough. The vets are professional and they pointed me in the right direction to get my little dogs back fixed. However everytime and I mean everytime I call to gwt an appointment they never gonout of their way to get us in (We have spent over 9000$) we always get the answer " take him to the after hours" which of course costs double. When my dog needed emergency surgery they kept on saying " we could do this....but its expenaive" that was theor common line I had to stop her and say " Listen , you tell me the options and we will let you know if its expensive" I appreciate what they do but I do feel like bussines comes first and not compassionate care for their patients and family. I will and am going else where today. As once again my post operative dog is in pain but rhey "cant fit him in until next week". I would Deffinately look around.

IMy dog was diagnosed by Cedarwood with a bladder stone that would need to be surgically removed as it was too big to pass. They said they measured the stone size and it was about 1cm long - very large for a tiny teacup puppy. The surgery time came, they opened her up and of course, sedated her only to find nothing. Nothing! They opened my sweet little darling up for nothing and then still managed to charge us $700 for doing it. The vet said she did an X-ray before hand and did not see a stone, but went ahead to open my dog anyway. It was absolutely awful. I know this vet clinic has a "good" reputation, but I would never let anyone who loves there dog as much as I do go to this vet clinic and possibly experience that nightmare we did, and had to still pay for. They did not care of what they did, nor show much compassion, nor knew what they were doing. Do not go here! It was Innisfail Vet Services that saved my Tika, as best they could anyway.

Excellent every time I come here. I have three dogs and all seem less anxious, calm and more relaxed here than other clinics. Vets are "pet friendly", staff always friendly and informative (knowledgeable).

I have been coming here for years and I love it. The staff are always happy to help. My animals always have great care when they are here I would not go anywhere else.

I was berated by the staff for not bringing my dog back for a check up after dropping 350$ the week before. When I said that I was out of money until next pay day, I was told in a rude and patronizing manner that "dogs cost money, you know" I have spend 2000 dollars on this dog in the last 2 months and her issue is still not fixed. I do not appreciated being treated like a child by a secretary. I will never be back to this place.

Every time I bring my dogs and cat into Cedarwood they are treated in the greatest way possible. Extremely friendly and helpful staff no problems whatsoever and I have been taking my pets here for 12 years! Thanks again :)

We have been very satisfied with the clinic. Dr Schouten is extremely helpful when Elliot's back went out. She arranged for us to have him helped through the vet hospital in Saskatoon.

Dagmar Schouten obviously cares for my dog, has a wonderful manner with him, and she really knows her stuff. The office staff were also very friendly and they took the time to encourage my puppy to come and see them. This means a lot to me that my young dog had such a positive visit to a vet clinic. Thank you Dr. Schouten and staff.

Staff were really supportive and knowledgable. I took my puppy there for his first check up and vaccinations. Great experience, would recommend to anyone.

These people dont know what their doing. Im not a vet but i know not to give a dog so much medication that it causes the dog to vomit and stress right after a major surgery. Medication should be worked in slowly and spaced out to not upset the dogs body during recovery- i know that from having major surgery myself. If you wouldnt do it to a human, why do it to a pet? They are also very pushy in getting 'everything' checked. Things i later found out that could be found in bloodwork were checked for in other tests i was charged for. Very poor communication, i had a very hard time trying to keep in touch to see how our little guy was doing. Half the time i thought he was going to die alone and they wouldnt even notice. And to top off this review, i'm sad to say that i think they messed up on the surgery, out dog has had bladder issues and he was never a dirty dog before. Where they did surgery was close to the bladder... to say the least, we've switched vets.

My receipt had numours spelling mistakes, my cat was to have a simple surgery and she mysteriously had a heart attack and passed away. :(

The outside isn't the prettiest, but they have a lawn for your animal to do their business on before/after you go in. With bags provided. The inside of the facility is sooo clean all the workers were very nice and so was the vet. Would defiantly recommend this to anyone!
