Dr. Mark Pollman and the office staff are always friendly, helpful, professional and caring. The girls make Baxter feel like he's the only dog in the world with sincere excitement when he comes in for visits. Dr. Pollman is down-to-earth and makes talking about dog health issues easy-to-understand and less frightening. He gives treatment options, and he gives advice rather than pushing you into decisions, which makes you feel in control of your pet's care. I never have to wait very long and the appointments go quickly but with Baxter's needs always met. I highly recommend Dr. Pollman to all pet owners in the Slippery Rock area.

The staff is so caring and wonderful. They have been their to guide me in the right directed with my dog. There staff is very knowledgeable. They've always been their for me and my pets over the years. Even when it came down to put my beloved dog Maggie down you could see their compassion and sympathy. I would trust any of my animals with Dr. Pollman and Dr. Barton
