We have used this facility half a dozen times, including one overnight stay. They are slow, but remember, they are a walk-in clinic that is busiest when regular vets have closed. Their services have consistently been on-target. All vets are expensive. Life is expensive. Both are worth the cost.

I was away and unreachable. My dog became hypoglycemic and my dogsitter took him to this facility. I return to a bill of over $500! I am a people doctor and find this overtreatment egregious! I have treated my dog at home several times with persistent administration of juice/banana/yogurt then dog food.
They took advantage of my dog sitter's anxiety and her inability to reach me. The treatments administered were excessive!! When I finally spoke with the same vet, she was reluctant to acknowledge that too much care was delivered and rudely asserted that "there will be no refund". I hadn't asked for one. I paid my dogsitter for half the cost and wanted her reimbursed for the other half. Clearly I do not wish to punish her for taking care of my dog.
This facility is greedy and renders inappropriate care to boost the bottom line.
Bottom line: if your dog is conscious and can eat, feed it simple then complex sugars [ie dog food] and avoid yourself a $500+ bill!
