Today I had to put down my cat of 13 years. Dr Connor and staff could not have been been more supportive, understanding and caring. Thank you for making the most difficult time in my life easier for my wife and I and of course - Stanley. Stanley left life with lots of pats and tears from us and the staff. Hugs to you all.

Lovely facility and excellent vet assistant Laura. However the doctor seems to forget half of the history that you tell her and doesn’t seem to really know what’s wrong with you cat, just recommends an expensive amount of tests (even if you have no insurance). I had to correct/remind her several times about my cat’s health history which was not very reassuring. I think the assistant Laura should run this place and for anything she can’t manage I recommend going elsewhere.

We have been taking our cat to the Cat Hospital of Burlington for more than ten years and it has always been a good experience. Our cat is an outdoor fellow and gets into many circumstances including minor injuries, poisoning and now pancreatitis. I know, when I call, that the staff here have my pet's best interests at heart. Everyone in this office has a strong love for cats witnessed especially by the many in-house cats who have found a home there. I like that the staff remember our cat, know his likes and dislikes, keep me very well informed about the best treatment options or the newest trends in medicine and respect decisions I make in regards to his care. Cats are unusual creatures with their own unique care needs and this vet's focus on cats only gives me some confidence that our cat will get good care. I would highly recommend this vet and her staff to any cat lover and owner.

There ought to be a category called "Care". Mixed review for the staff. Assistant and receptionist Donna is lovely. Another staff member, whose name I won't mention, seems not as caring and in too much of a rush. As for the doctor, on the plus side, she does not push for expensive treatment, but the down side is that based unilaterally on her own judgment, she does not always fully inform owners of treatment options so that they can be properly involved in the decision-making process. Also, I would not recommend having your cats euthanized there as they use a single injection, for which one of our cats had to be forcibly held down. Take your cat to a place that does a tranquilizing shot first, or better yet, find someone who'll do it as a house call. For our last cat, The Burgess Clinic recommend someone who was wonderful. There were not really any problems with the facilities or punctuality, however it is noteworthy that this clinic is not open on weekends.

The Cat Hospital of Burlington is an EXCELLENT hospital for cats and their cat parents. The home-style environment is welcoming and stress free for cats since there are no barking dogs. There is a beautiful pigeon who welcomes everyone and entertains the cats who find lots of joy watching this sweet bird who loves cats and people. It is the BEST hospital for cats since the staff are HIGHLY KNOWLEDGABLE and very compassionate cat lovers. This place should not be kept a secret...if you have a cat(s) you have to bring your furry baby (babies) to THE CAT HOSPITAL OF BURLINGTON since your furry family members deserve the very best. THE CAT HOSPITAL OF BURLINGTON is amazingly excellent, all around. THANK YOU THE CAT HOSPITAL OF BURLINGTON FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR MY FURRY BABIES.
