We had a HORRIBLE experience here. Only one vet so everything takes forever, I waited 2 hrs to pick up my cat even though we had specified when we wanted to pick her up, so I missed a dinner meeting. They just kept saying "15 more minutes!" but it wasn't. I was ignored until I asked a question and the person i asked would run go ask the vet and never come back. The entire staff were teenage girls who were unprofessional and knew nothing about my cat, how she was doing, or vet medicine in general, yet the vet is kept behind closed doors and you're not allowed to talk to her unless you DEMAND it. They kept charging me more than they quoted. They told me to pick her up and then told me to wait a few more hours. They tried to bill me and send me home without even telling me what was wrong with her! They were understaffed and disorganized. Go anywhere else, the extra money is worth it!
