My family has been going to this place for years, yet I will never go back again due to the extreme poor treatment that I received when I went there to put my dog that I have had for 17 yrs down. All that vet Carl L. Pew cared about was that closing time was within an hour away when I came. I was very specific about my desire to be with my dog when she was given the injection. I brought a cheeseburger for my dog to eat, my dog had JUST STARTED eating it and Carl after seeing that this would take some time said that she wanted to put in the catheter and that after this was done the dog could continue to eat if she wanted. Carl L. Pew took my dog, went into the back room away from me. My dog would not take the catheter so in haste she just gave her the injection! When they brought me my dog she would not eat another bite and could not stand. My dog was no longer my dog! Pew robbed my dog of her last meal and me of the last few moments with my dog. I will never go there ever again!
