If you love your pet, NEVER take them this place. Horrible experience with them. You can expect to be overcharged and underserviced. Plenty of "$50 dollar office visits" and "$100 dollar blood tests" over and over again to address treat the same health problem. Since Dr.Beyle left this practice, it's all about money with these folks. Totally downhill! Never again for me and my pet.

Refused to write prescription for arthritis medication for 12 year old dog stating all medications must be purchased from them-at much elevated prices compared to on-line and catalogue prices. I took my dog in 10/11 with swollen gums and was told it was a benign problem which may or may not spread-it did. I again brought my dog in 5/12 with numerous symptoms including whining panting continuous pacing and going in and out. Blood work was requested and was done. Left eye was bloodshot and drooping. Eye drops were suggested and purchased. The dog had a fever. An antibiotic was purchased even though no diagnosis was given for either. Ten days later-same symptoms- no improvement. Another call was made. I suggested my dog was in pain-difficulty with stairs in addition to other symptoms. Rimadyl given symptoms disappeared. Blood work showed nothing. I asked for records for new vet. They sent shot record. I asked for notes from visits-they said records were sent. Finally demanded they be fax
