You and your furry loved-one couldn't be in better hands.
They are extremely attentive, listen closely to your concerns, and provide the best care possible. The staff are knowledgeable, accommodating and empathetic with everyone - animal and owner - and know every animal and owner by name.
When it comes to care, the techs and doctors are top notch - from diet, exercise and activities, to long term care - they cover it all. We've been with them for nearly twenty years, two dogs, and probably nearly a 100 or so incidents and have always left feeling assured we got the best care.

I take both my dogs to the Southwood vet and ALWAYS have amazing service, from the front office staff to the vets, they are all so caring and only want the best for my animals. I always feel comfortable and confident that my dogs best interest and health are their number 1 concern! Thank you for taking such good care of Marco and Bella :)

I took my dogs to this clinic for years. I loved Dr. Parchello so I was very sad to find out she's moved on to another clinic. The new vet (Dr. Ames)was judgemental, had a poor bedside manner and tried to push every extra cost she could on me. I would no longer recommend this vet.

Dr. Parchello and her staff are absolutely amazing. We had our dog spayed here and the follow up care was absolutely fantastic, with phone calls to check in on our pup daily (and several times on the first day). Southwood is probably not the cheapest vet in the world, but they provide amazing, quality service, and I would rather not take a chance when it comes to my dogs health.

We were searching for a veterinary clinic as our former veterinarian had retired. We came to the Southwood Veterinary Hospital with our 13 year old dog for a check- up and to be vaccinated. The front end staff are so wonderful. Dr. Parchello cared for our pet, her gentle mannerism, concern and expertise approach was exactly what we had been searching for. Recently at this clinic our dog had two dental extractions, her teeth cleaned and also a lumpectomy (wart) removed. Dr. Parchello, Dr. Harris and their staff were simply amazing! They remained in contact with us throughout the day to update us on our dogs condition and also called the next day to inquire how our pet was doing. If you are searching for a veterinarian I would highly recommend this clinic and their staff. Many thanks, to Dr. Parchello, Dr. Harris and the staff of Southwood Veterinarian Hospital for their excellent care and concern, it is much appreciated.

Most recently my little dog had cancer and I was advised of all options regardless of price so I could make an informed decision. I elected to treat palliatively. He had a normal, pain free last few months, and while there were of course some extra visits and costs associated with this decision, I know I did all I could reasonably do for him.

Excellent vet clinic. The staff really care about pets and offer great advice. I will continue to bring my pets here in the future. My dog got sick and in a very short time they figured out what was wrong and were able to cure her quickly.

This is a great clinic. The Vets are great and the front end staff is super. Any follow up calls come as promised and it's always the Vet that calls you back which is nice if you have any other questions. There are clinics that are cheaper but they are a revolving door of staff and care isn't nearly as good.

My pets have gone to this clinic for years. They get amazing care. The skill level is very high and the staff are very caring. Initial care is top-rate and the follow-up care is very thorough.

Friendly. Just seems so expensive. Always recommending another test, just to be sure, and I'm not sure if all are really necessary. Vet appears to be concerned for the pet's well being.
