All the staff are a wonderful group of people at Banner Road.We have been taking our 2 dogs here for 11yrs since they were puppies.Always greet you & your animals by name & a friendly smile.Show care & compassion like they were thier own.One just had Dental surgery she is so happy with her new smile & clean white teeth.Thank You & keep up the Great work you all do.

The staff at Banner Road are incredible!! We recently had a couple of emergencies with 1 of our dogs and in the end decided it was time to end her time on earth. Their caring and compassionate ways made the time a little more bearable. They went out of their way to take care of her and give us as much time with her as possible. They honestly care about their patients. Would recommend to everyone.

I had the pleasure of working with the great staff at Banner Rd. The DVMs & techs, & receptionists are wonderful. Your pets are in great care and the prices are reasonable. They show their compassion in all that they do and they all keep up their continuing education. I would recommend Banner Rd anyday!! They excel at their jobs and in the care of your pets!! And I must say, I still consider them to be the Cat Whisperers...they are phenomenal with all feline characters (domestic & feral). Keep up the great work- Drs. Mark, Matt, Tammy, & Evelyn + techs Rose, Annabeth, & Amanda!! What would they be without Fern & Bonnie to complete the team!! They are a "family" out there, which is shown in the care they provide. They are not afraid to go above and beyond. I give them 5 stars!!

We love this vet! They are very easy to work with, have very good prices and are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We started going here based on a recommendation by a lady I work with and couldn't be happier. When we adopted a cat and later found out her had FIP the staff was very helpful and kind. Most of the vets are very honest and will tell you the odds and possible outcome of everything, and not sugar coat it. I love this about them, too many vets now are quick to push extra testing and meds when they will really do the animal no good. If you want a great, honest vet, this is the vet for you!
