I have never had such a bad experience. Dr. Fries is as smart as he is friendly, which is not at all. But worse, he provided lackluster care for my dog, misdiagnosed the growth on his neck and has untrained and unprofessional staff, namely Diane and Mimi neither of whom have been following all the covid restrictions and guidelines. I have only been with him for less than 2 years and each appointment is worse than the last. This past appointment, Fries bum rushed me out because he was busy. He was sloppy and unprofessional. Then I asked the same question about my dog’s extended care to Diane. She was rude as usual. She just wanted my money. And interrupted me with, “your total is $161!” She doesn’t care. So I picked up all my dog’s records because I found a new vet who is great but left word for Fries to call me so I could let him know why I was leaving and that I was concerned about his care for my dog and the unsanitary condition of his facility.
