I rate this clinic very bad...The staff is rude & not very helpful............The vet didn't have time to speak to me after my cat had miner surgery OR I should say she didn't make time.I knew she was busy but she could have spoke to me for 5-10 minutes......They were no help to me or my cat....I asked many times to more testing...BUT they said it wouldn't show anything....All they told me to do was bring him home to make him comfortable....They must think I'm some heartless pet owner to do that...We kept him alive by giving him food & water by mouth...until the new Vet came...The other Vet done all the testing that I ask for over to the other vet clinic...The x-ray showed something ....IT WAS A POLYP....The new Vet fixed it for a while....BUT the polyp keep coming back....I guess the time I got him to the new vet the polyp took root...besides paying a arm & a leg to try to help your pet....In my opinion they are not very knowledgeable...I Wouldn't bring my pet spider to them....

You have to be a rich, wealthy person to get your animals medical attention at this vet clinic. They are a good clinic for helping your animals but over charge people way to much. I am so happy that we now have a new clinic here in Grand Falls, now people can finally afford to get their pet medical attention at mid island vet clinic, as they charge affordable prices.

I've been here twice now and both times the front desk staff were not very welcoming and even rude at one point. I also find that they overcharge quite a bit, I had two blood tests done and it ran me close to $500. Never have I ever paid close to that much for two basic blood tests. I've seen Dr. Nichols and Dr. Kidd and enjoyed them both, they were very kind, informative and dealt with my dogs wonderfully however.
