I've been going to this clinic for over 20 years...and love it. Dr. Ted is knowlegable and accessible. I had to do an emergency call many years ago when my Chihuahua ate a box of chocolate truffles on Christmas Day...the fact that he answered his phone and the advice he gave saved my dog's life. I trust and rely on the honesty of this clinic. They're great and friendly.

Dr Ted and staff are very professional and kind. My dog Nick was seen by Dr. Ted since 2001 until his death in 2013. I felt that we (dog and owner) were supported in all times from vaccinations to severe health issues. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and the clinic is well equipped. I have 2 cats - Diana and Apollo- who are 4 years old. They're Dr.Ted's patients as well, and are provided with the best possible care by Mavis Road Animal Clinic.J. Pereira

The front desk/vet tech staff are pleasant, it's Dr. Ted who is the problem. Very, very rude, to both me and my dog. He talked directly to the man who came along with me and pretty much ignored me despite the fact it was my dog he was looking at---which is exactly why I asked the man to accompany me because I've dealt with this sexist nonsense in the past. The appointment was very rushed, which was odd because no one else was there. The staff did not tell us what things we needed to bring along with us or what not to do before the appointment (ex: don't give the dog a bath). With regards to my dog, you would think Dr. Ted has never seen a nervous dog before with some of the comments he made. The facilities aren't that great, the outside is as dumpy as the inside. Finally, I felt the "care" we received was not worth the price we had to pay. Total rip off. Totally a bad experience. We will not be returning.

Staff are very friendly and their facility is not bad I had to wait a little before I went in to see the vet.I think their prices are bit expensive.I wished the vet would take a bit more time with my dog.
