Rachael, the office manager was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I tried to get some resolution through her. During the 2 years that my beloved cat saw Dr. Philips, Dr. Krueger, Dr. Jeske, and one that I cannot remember her name, NOT ONE of them told me what to look for that would indicate a worsening condition. He had Diabetes, I had him on insulin. He needed to be injected with fluids to keep the toxins from building up in his blood and destroying his kidneys. ONLY AFTER the symptoms went on and on...(I thought he was just getting old and his muscles were tight and weakening.) Turns out...that is the toxins. I am sure he would have made it to age 20 if someone had just told me what to look for. You can tell by pinching their skin. THANKS FOR SHOWING ME THIS AFTER IT IS TOO LATE. It Should bounce right back if properly hydrated. ALL 4 OF THEM GET A BIG FAT "F" FOR THEIR LACK OF INFORMING ME HOW TO CARE FOR MY DEAR DEPARTED KITTY.
