Dr.Holland and Sam were so compassionate and understanding when I had to put my cat down. I've been using this vet for a few years now and I'm very happy with Dr.Holland and all of the staff. S.Coskinas

I can only agree with everything the reviewer from date 06/21/12 said. The staff is great, I don't know why they continue to work there. Dr. Holland is rude and condescending and I am currently searching for another vet. Her prices are a little lower than others charge but overall it's not worth the savings to me.

Let me clarify, the staff is great, Dr. Holland is horrible! Statistically, there has to be the worst vet out there and she ranks pretty close. Dr. Holland is rude and condescending and demeans you at every turn. She is constantly trying to upcharge you on everything and then when you cannot afford everything she suggests, she treats you as if you are the worst pet owner on the planet. She doesn't talk to her patients either. If I bring my pet in to be treated, I expect her to talk to and comfort my scared pet. Instead she walks in, starts picking apart everything that is wrong, yells at her staff and then disappears behind closed doors when the estimate comes out. She leaves her vet techs to do the dirty work. She is a cowardly, rude, miserable human being and after giving her 3 chances, I will never bring my 4 rescue dogs to her ever again!! Shame on you Dr. Holland, instead of trying to get your vacation home funded, start caring for your patients! Potential clients beware!
