Took my dog in with a persistent cough on two different occasions. Both times the Dr. listened with a stethoscope and said everything was fine--the heart sounded good. My dog's cough continued, so I looked for another vet. The second vet heard abnormal lung sounds with the stethoscope and recommended a chest x-ray. The x-ray showed the right side of the heart was enlarged and thickened bronchial tubes--bronchitis. The front office and waiting room is dirty.
