My fur baby Bowser was very ill and was misproperly diagnosed with Lyme disease. No blood work was done to make this diagnosis. I only went to Windmill because my usual vet was in surgery all morning long. Not only did my Bowser get sick two weeks later, I was overcharged incredibly ($400) for the vet to not have cured him. I called today to let them know he was still sick and they should see him for free since he is still sick with the same symptoms. She told me he wasn't a human and they would have to charge me to see him. Whether he's a human or not he's my family. I did take him to his regular vet who exams him and said in his 25 years of practice he has never heard of a confirmed case of Lyme disease here or in the surrounding area. He did treat my Bowser and said he had a bacterial infection and a fever. He did the proper blood work, gave him a shot. meds and only charged $141.41. Never again will I go to Windmill. They don't care about your fur baby, they just care about making
