The staff is very friendly, and the facilities are average. There is no problem with the punctionality. The problem is that Dr. Joshi orders an abundance of unnecessary tests to hike up the bill. My cat was coughing. He ordered $1300 in test. My cat was better in one day, and when the tests came back they were all negative. He hemmed and hawed trying to explain the test results since they were all negative. He pushes credit cards to pay the bill. He has the techs do the dirty work. I felt like a 'mark'. I go to an honest vet now and pay a lot less.

Save your pets life do not bring them to this vet. They are dishonest, corrupt and uncaring. We took out dog their and they kicked him out because we asked too many questions, and charged us for about$1,500.00 worth of tests - they would not give the results for, so we had to do it all over again at another vet. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ever took my pet here.

As the previous poster said the staff here is very good and friendly but the vet is not good. The offices charge way too much and want to run 1000 different tests to figure out problems, which costs you $$$$. Also, my dog had an allergic reaction to medicine they had given to her, they gave her a different medicine to treat her issue which worked. About 1 year later she had the same issue and they gave her the same medicine she had an allergic reaction too. I had them send me her medical history and it was right there that she was allergic to it, isnt that something that the vet should catch??? I will no longer go to this vet.

The staff is nice but Dr. Joshi only cares about money. He charged my almost $1000 and gave my dog medication without even seeing what was wrong with my dog. He charged me money for a urine analysis without even collecting the urine! All he cares about is money. You're better off going somewhere else. He was also rude and put a muzzle on my dog even after I told him my dog has no teeth! Horrible service. Never go to him.

The staff is very nice. But, Dr. Joshi only cares about the all mighty dollar and how he can get it from his clients. I recently brought my puppy there for a bowl obstruction. She wasn't acting sick just vomiting. So, the 1st and only test that should have been done was an xray. But he chose to order all this expensive blood work that brought up the bill.He is also has no compassion for the owners and pets alike.

i have been going here since 1974. we had a 16 old dog, and 18 year old dog and now a puppy. this place has changed. i love dr fortna. he was the best. then we had dr reddy who we loved. now he is gone too and i have no way to find out where he went. the place just changed. the front staff is nice but the the focus seems to be money and not the sense of caring that it use to have. I am now looking elsewhere..again a real shame after 36 years....

Unfortunately, I had previously brought my pets here for their veterinary care and have also worked for the hospital. They weaseled their way in to their AHAA accreditation, and don't think just because they hold the symbol it's a good clinic. Their surgical room alone is a desgrace. Good luck getting your pet's medical records in full if you ever leave them. They do not treat the animals with respect and the director of the hospital Dr. Anant V Joshi is only in it for the money, it was always a discussion of "how can I make more of s profit". He has no compassion for his patients, his staff or his clientelle. Please do research on your veterinary clinic before you choose them, because your animal's well-being is at stake. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to bring their animals here. Animals recover from surgery alone without the proper monitoring, vaccinations are mixed together and injected at once without studies being performed on this act, etc.

The receptionists are great and I never had to wait for an appointment, however my cat had so many complications that I will never go back there. :(
