Dr Bonder is arrogant, is condescending and always asks for costly tests for the most extreme possibilities. Every normal yearly check costs over $500 dollars, per cat, and there is never, ever anything wrong with my cats. If you question, say blood work when there isn’t a complaint, she bullies… even as she has named the cats incorrectly, confused who she is speaking about. my experience is not unlike to people in my neighborhood. Last visit for basic shots and her nonsense had me wondering if she’d ‘profiled’ me, ie. bias.

All I did was call for an appointment. The receptionist was abrupt uncaring and not interested in giving suggestions. If the customer service this bad before we arrive, how bad would it be when we bring our dog in person...

I went to the Toronto cat clinic and was very impressed. Dr. Bonder was very friendly, and my cat was so calm and comfortable with her. She had a full examination, deworming and vaccinations for only 90 dollars. She spent alot of time explaining cat training and gave me great tips on weight control and dental health for my cat.. I highly recommend this clinic to cat owners if you want a vet that specializing in cats !

I am new to Toronto and I just adopted a very cute ragdoll kitten. I was looking for a good vet clinic and my friend recommended the Toronto Cat Clinic. I was very nervous bringing my kitten to the vet since she is a very nervous kitten. Dr, Bonder was so gentle and patient with her. My kitten was so calm at the cat clinic I could not believe it.Dr. Bonder did a very thorough examination and explained to me what my kitten would need to stay healthy. I had so many questions and she spent so much time answering them. The clinic is very modern, clean and very cat friendly. Her staff was informative and very friendly with me and my kitten. My kitten also got a free nail trim and received a cat toy that she loves. I highly recommend the Toronto Cat Clinic and look forward to bringing my kitten in for her next visit.

I am new to the area and researched this cat clinic and found may good reviews. I took my 10 year old cat to the cat clinic for her annual exam and dental. Dr. Bonder was very knowledgeable and gentle with my cat. My cat was very relaxed at this clinic. Dr. Bonder was very thorough and spent alot of time examining her and explaining to me the dental procedure. I highly recommend this cat clinic to cat owners who want their cats to get the special attention they deserve.

The veterinarian and assistants at this clinic are very nice, on the surface. Then, when you go to pay and you look at your bill, all of a sudden what you owe them is double what you were quoted. Then, when you question their high and undisclosed charges, they accuse you of being a careless pet owner and tell you to go elsewhere. The verdict? Dr. Bonder has a lot to learn. Not only did she suggest my feline suffered from a variety of extraordinary rare diseases for her age, she ignored the simplest and most common solutions to her problem. Probably because they weren't very profitable for her! But of course, the tests needed to disprove those rare conditions would have been a pretty penny indeed for her. Don't go here unless you want to be scared to death by the vet's doom and gloom, and pay through your teeth for it and then be called all sorts of names if you don't want to pay their ridiculous fees.
