Been using them for a couple years,have two giant dogs.1 week ago my dog was in distress, I called them and they were unable able to get him in until 2pm,because vet was in surgery turns out that he was actually at lunch.Went in to sign in and was called in the room by the vet and he told me that he was tired of getting "guff"from me.I called too many times that day(twice), That I got upset when his vet tech was standing on my Deaf dogs foot, That I was upset that he "forgot" my dog was deaf and yelled for me to talk to him to keep him calm,and that I questioned the price of the allergy meds when I was I was charged the same price and given 1/2 the meds I was in tears,told him this was not the time for this conversation as my dog was in serious distress and he turned me away.YES,he turned me away when my dog was in distress and is his regular patient.Found another vet that did emergency surgery(he had an obstruction in his Esophagus)or my dog would have died. DO NOT USE THIS VET
