Dr Katz is good. She is knowledgeable. The clinic is rather expensive and they charge for just about everything, every time. Most of the staff is very good. The wait times to see the Dr, even with an appointment are far too long. I am bringing my pet to another vet because of the feeling I get that it is all about the money and not so much my pet. The staff keeps the Doctor very well insulated, and it is hard to get face time with her.
