This clinic is the worst. Dirty. Old. The vets are incompetent. I brought my cat and later had to rush her to Guelph because the vet screwwed up a simple proceedure. When I spoke to her about it, she kept telling me to calm down and she refused to take responsibility for her actions. Iwould never ever risk taking another pet here.

I recently brought my beloved pet here to be put to sleep and was treated with such kindness I was floored! They gave me a lot of time to say goodbye, explained the procedure, and were so gentle and loving with my pet; I was very appreciative! It is obvious the doctors care so much about animals and treat them very well. And the cost was not unreasonable, which always helps.

This clinic was recently purchased by two younger vets. I've been taking my animals there since before the switch because it's conveniently located. The clinic has a reputation in the neighbourhood for being pricey, but I don't see that much of a difference between its prices and anywhere else. I've had Jekyll / Hyde experiences there. Specifically, Dr. Kate Lutchin is wonderful with animals and people. She will take the time to explain things thoroughly and set out the options so you can decide how to best manage your pet's health. Patty Haardeng, on the other hand, intimidated me and shut me down when I tried to discuss some of the strategies I was using to help my dog's allergies. Dr. Lutchin is really great, though, and will tell you up front what veterinary medicine can and can't do for whatever situation you're facing.

We took our dog here for 17 years. Very happy with the clinic. They seemed as sad as we were when she died. Our new puppy is going there now!

Friendly staff, excellent service, fair prices. The facilities need serious updating. Old-style decorating. Not as nice/clean as many other clinics I have seen in the area. Will definately keep taking my pets there though.
