These people are monsters. I took my cat in for a lodged hairball and they pumped him up on drugs and anti depressants ( I only found this out after doing my own research) to not only raise my bill, but to keep him there longer to try and convince me to let them do surgery, "to look" for something wrong. They got about $2000 for a hairball out of my, and tried to jack it up to $3000. They also charged me for an extra day of care that I did not receive and refused to remove it off the bill. Not to mention, I am a bartender, and I saw the vet who was taking care of my cat, and the nurse black out **** the night before they went back into work. And you want me to let you cut my animal open when I know you are hung over? These people are money hungry monsters. They gave me "antibiotics" for my sick cat, (who was not sick when I brought him in, just had something lodged in his stomach) and after I looked online it was an anti depressant. They create the problem so they can claim to fix it

I have taken many of my pets 2 these people. Paid big money 4 neutering shots etc. The list goes on & on. On the 1 occasion after hours when I did not have availability 2 my funds they refused 2 treat my sick & maybe dying cat w/out immediately paying or at least putting 70 % down. I told them I'd come first thing in the morning w/ payment, and /or they could even charge me to keep her overnight & they said no. These people don't care about animals only money. Why when I had always paid timely & at the time of service could they not board my cat as I requested & get paid the following day? What happened to customer service? People don't waste your time with these places. They are also way over priced. I have always thought this but because they were so close 2 my house went anyway. They have never taken my dogs or cats in when scheduled. I will look for a new vet/facility that actually really cares for animals, and its definitely not Value vet of Deltona.
