Amateurs who stick together in their poor business practices. Be advised: go elsewhere to be treated respectfully and professionally. These amateurs obviously have never worked in a professionally-run business.

Dr. Gunderson Thornton does NOT care. These vets can't read x-rays, and don't show concern or any sort of desire to diagnose a problem. I took a dog in for repeated vomiting and the vet simply FELT the dogs stomach and said "she's fine, try a different food." A week later, after repeated visits, x-rays, and even a Tularemia/Plague test (the results of which we NEVER got) the dog was dead. When I called the night the dog died, wanting to bring her in for euthanasia, I was told by Dr. Gunderson, who was on call that night, "I can't come in. I'm going through a divorce and I have my kids tonight." So my dog died as we were taking her to Albuquerque (30 miles away). I've heard stories from others about how they mis-diagnose, don't care, etc. We adopted a puppy from an animal shelter near us, and when they told us Western Trails was the vet who would perform the neuter, we paid to take the puppy somewhere else! I will NEVER take another animal here.
