I've been with this Vet for over a decade I was actually shocked by some of the reviews as this veterinary home has gone above and beyond for all my animals. I have had both Allison and Katie take loving care of my furry family. I couldn't give a higher recommendation to these people, who it is very obvious love my babies as much as Ido. As for price I have been to many vet's and not only does kindred spirits usually have a better price, they give other options if there is one. I love these people

spring 2015: Kindred Spirits worked for me and with me the whole way through. It was recommended to me. I switched from another vet with two aging cats; AB diagnosed a (chronic and fatal) condition that the prior vet was completely oblivious to, most staff are professional, prompt, and interested. The vets truly listened to what I said and trusted my observations. My choices were respected and my cats were lovingly treated every time they went in, reducing their stress considerably. I really liked the proficient lab services onsite. AB phoned to express condolences when each of my cats died of disease that couldn't be controlled. I'm sorry that others seem to have had negative experiences but mine in the past three years was very, very positive. I wish I had a doctor this good!

I have been going to this vet for over a decade. They are amazing. They love the pets, care more about helping them then bottom line, never pressure or over prescribe.

I was asked to leave the treatment room before I even had a chance to discuss my pets test results. Instead, Dr. AB came out to the waiting room and discussed my pets health in front of all the other people, Very unprofessional! I also felt intimidated to ask questions concerning the health of my pet, due to lack of privacy. A few days after having seen Dr. AB my pet became ill during the holiday season. I was very worried and decided to take my pet to the vet for blood work. I had chosen a clinic that would be able to provide me with the test results sooner (results delivred the same day), than KS would have been able to. Dr. AB discovered that I went somewhere else before I could tell her. She was very angry and assumed that I choose the other clinic to safe money (not true, I actually paid more at the other clinic). Dr. AB refused to continue treatment and she even released my pets medical record to the other clinic w/o my knowledge. I feel KS is in this business for the money.

I originally decided to start using this clinic because my regular vet has a regular habit of cancelling appointments and hiring locums. I conveyed this information to the staff at Kindred Spirit; in particular that I did not want to deal with locums because it is difficult to establish a client relationship. They were kind enough to book me an appointment the following day, NOT TELLING ME IT WAS WITH A LOCUM! I was pretty upset about this, but kept the appointment. The locum was impatient, always looking at the clock, and offered no course of action as to my cat's condition. She simply wrote down what I said, and left it at that. She left the room saying she would be right back, but then a staff member came in the room and told us the next patient is due to come in now. Staff seemed a little clueless in general. Prices were a little higher than other clinics. The exam room for cats was way too bright; having bright white fluorescent lighting which cats may find intimidating.
