Never see the same people working there other than Dr Hagloch and he is rude, arrogant (if he acts that way with his staff no wonder no one is ever the same, who would put up with that?), and on my last visit spent less than 1 minute with my pet, but made sure to bad mouth my previous vet, then sent his girl back in with a 'plan' that was over $700.00, she couldn't answer my questions so had to go ask him, apparently he had left the building before I was even finished with my appointment. When I go to the vet I am PAYING for an exam not paying for a quickie. (Which is how I felt after my last visit, literally screwed). Extremely high priced wanted over $100 more than surrounding clinics to spay my dog. After my last experience I wouldn't go back there if their services were free. I was fortunate to find another vet who was considerate, took time to answer my questions and the procedure cost about $200 less.
