I was on a wait list for many months to switch my 3 dogs to this clinic as it's much closer to home than my current vet an hr away in North Bay. When they finally called, they said I would have to book exams for all 3 dogs. I told them they were all in great health right now and don't need to see a vet at this time, we can just transfer their records from my current vet. They insisted and the exam price was higher than my current vet plus I'd have to pay for 3 individual exams all at once. I told them it seemed like a money-grab and I'd just stick with my vet at Blue Sky Animal Hospital, he's very good, just farther away than I prefer. I tried to leave "Punctuality" blank since I don't know but review wouldn't save so I picked a neutral "3". Have been in the front reception, very clean and spacious - have heard from a number of ppl that they are expensive but have top of the line equipment and beautiful facility (that's perhaps why they're more expensive).

Very disappointed. Our pet (dog) had been to this clinic since she was pup now 8 yrs old. She was hit by a train, and need immediate help. They put us off and said they could not help us. Thank god we were able to find a vet that did help us and she is recovering. will not support this vet any longer

Excellent staff, very considerate and help in any way possible. Facilities are beyond excellent and the hospital is AHAA accredited (apparently only 12% of animal hospitals can say that in all of America). Punctuality is excellent especially considering how busy they are (sometimes have to wait due to emergencies they have to deal with, but it IS a hospital and very well known for emergency care). Monetary value is also excellent, they don't take unnecessary risks, pets are constantly monitored. I feel very safe when bringing my pets here and know they are well taken care of (to me that is extremely important)
