We've been going to this vet for a few years, now. We switched because our veterinarian retired. They have always been very friendly with my family, and caring with my pets. My shy cat cuddled up next to one of the vets when she got her checkup. We've had a few sick/elderly pets, and the vets did their best to make them comfortable until we decided it was time to send them to Rainbow Bridge. The staff was understanding and compassionate, and they even sent us sympathy cards. We had a dog who had to have a c-section, and they only charged $200 for the whole operation, meds and all and did not let us leave until they revived the weak puppy. (All the puppies lived and were healthy.) I've heard that other vets charge upwards towards $1000 or more for the same surgery. They will work with you if you are short on cash, as the animal's welfare comes first. I will continue going to them, and will recommend their services to anyone looking for a vet.

On our frst visit with our new puppies was a very bad experience. The Vet we seen did not check our puppies out very well, No ear check or eyes and no joint check. The only thing he done was check temperature and for rupture. He just didn't act like he cared at all. Will not take our pups to him again.

We had used their clinics for some time but our last trip in, we decided we had it with their lack of everything from hygiene to consistant doctors, and they seem to have an arrogance to sub standard service, i'm a nurse and I don't get their medical business approach, I sense a failure of quality control on their part. Stand clear
