This vet and staff member did the unspeakable. Four of my animals were mutilated as she and a person she misrepresented performed a procedure on my animals that they were unqualified and unfamiliar with and never should have performed. The result was that my animals were mutilated. All four animals had burns covering their scalps and ears, the skin was completely burned off. She covered their heads with cream, which soon came off revealing the nightmare under it. One of the animals head ballooned and eyes dropped indicating his brain had swelled. Although the vet eventually apologized and admitted what she had done and promptly administered pain medication and antibiotics as well offered to come back daily, it is not really a forgiveable thing, the animals life courses have been completely altered by the ill thought out act performed by this vet and her unqualified staff member. I filed a complaint with the board and hope that no one else ever has to go through the nightmare we did.
