I've never written a review like this before, but I've never been treated so obnoxiously. I had been to the Animal Care Libertyville for a few isolated services over the years. This time, I needed a variety of tests done on three parrots. Explained it all in an email. Next morning I received a voicemail confirming they had the email and to call them back. I called and the receptionist was deeply confused. I tried to tell the story over again and refer to the email. This confused her further. She kept putting me on hold and returning to me with snippets from other conversations she was having. Finally I told her I changed my mind and would go elsewhere because if I couldn't trust them to handle a (now-epic) phone call, I wouldn't trust them with my pets. Dr. Timothy Harris himself--out of the blue--phoned me back an hour later to angrily inform me that he doesn't want my business. Still too confused to realize that he had already lost it. Weird bunch.
