Can't be more disappointed. Saw changes as others have talked about, prices up, push to sale. Appts. were never on time, etc. I had been doing as much care as possible with another vet I had found, basic care, because of it. I had to take one animal back. Snuffles in rabbits can be fatal. It wasn't getting fixed, had to bring animal back a few times. Finally didn't get calls answered, that was bad. They called me one time and said we can do a specific treatment at 11 am next day. I said I don't have much time for lunch, can they be ready? Called again before going there. They were not ready, oxygen tank was out and needed to "find" a new one. Seemed extremely disorganized. I left. Went to another vet late afternoon/dinnertime. They jumped the meds up x5 and gave her another one. Friday am (as in 36 hours or so later) my animal hasn't had a sneeze or cough at all.
Used to be the best place, very upset over a geriatric animal that obviously wasn't getting treated like she needed.

They were very nice and they were wonderful with my bunny. Very knowledgeable I only wish we lived in the area so we could use their services again.

The staff and doctors are all very compassionate and caring. Although there is a wait time despite having an appointment, you have to remember that the assistants, techs and doctors are worth it! They frequently see emergencies and are sometimes backed up because of this. My rabbits tend to stress out and so after saying this to one of the ladies at the front desk I was taken to a back area where my rabbit and I could wait for our appointment with less lobby stress. The staff takes their time and they do listen to you before actually examining your pet. Your input is extremely important to them and they will go the extra mile to make sure that you understand the diagnosis and treatment. Have been coming here since 1987.

I can not say enough about this vet! Fantastic caring Doctors and Staff! They are wonderful with my dogs, cats AND Exotic animals! So caring when they had to lay my old dog to rest. I give them a million stars!

This is a great vet. My senior dog had to have extensive dental work done. I was so nervous, but the vet called and updated me throughout the day on her progress (and when things were looking more expensive, lol). The whole staff is very friendly.
