Dr. Jones and his staff genuinely care about all their patients and the patients' "parents". They've taken excellent care of our special needs dog since her puppyhood and are always friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. They're knowledgeable, they love animals, and when an extremely expensive injury occurred, I was able to pay most of the bill but still had some outstanding. As a client of theirs, they allowed me to pay the remaining amount with a postdated check to be deposited a couple weeks later. Dr. Jones is great with my cats, and his staff spoils them too. This is a vet that truly cares about animals and has hired staff that is the same way. The clinic is VERY well-equipped and easy to locate, Staff is fantastic, prices are good...I can't think of a single negative thing I could claim. They are above and beyond almost any vet I've ever been to!

The vet was incredibly gentle and careful with my fraidy-cat, and the staff was excellent. They answered all my questions, were extremely friendly, professional, and clearly concerned about the well-being of my pet. The clinic is clean and Dr. Jones has very up-to-date equipment. I felt safe and comfortable taking my pets there, and Dr. Jones was fantastic about being available on weekends when possible complications arose. Turns out I was just being paranoid, but he was great. The prices are excellent, the care is well above-par, and the clinic is very conveniently located just off highways 291 and 50. I am so glad he was recommended by the AERH (Animal Emergency and Referral Hospital) because he and his staff are absolutely amazing.
