We are very happy with the overall service, staff and expertise offered in this facility. As a breeder, we do have certain needs involving specialty services, and they are willing to work with us to satisfy those needs. We believe we have a high standard in our expectations. We never hesitate to recommend this facility to our pet owners. I've always been amazed at their fairness in pricing. The staff is very professional, but this doesn't overshadow their friendliness and compassion. I easily give a top ratings to Welland Animal Hospital. Pat and Harry Barrington

All I can say is that Dr. Zeller is a Godsend. I wish I had known of her years ago and I most likely would still have my precious cat today. It's not often you can find a good Dr. that is also truly compassionate and loves your pet as if it were her pet too. The clinic is exceptionally well kept, very welcoming, professional with a human touch. there is an oak bench with silhouettes of cats in the entire design and coffee or juice in the waiting room. Overall the clinic just feels right and I would feel safe leaving my pet here in their care. I wish I would have known about this clinic and I would still have my gentle giant pet cat

Recently I was in need of medical services for my pet, not knowing where to turn....I spoke to a friend who directed me to the Welland Animal Hospital. When I called and explained my pets concerns, I was upset , but by the end of the phone call I was relaxed and confident that my pet was going to be in good hands. My pet was seen in a timely fashion and I was seen by the caring Vet who made me feel relaxed that as a pet owner I made the right decision to come in for my concerns. The staff was amazing, fawning over my pet as if it was there own , and making me feel like I was the sole purpose of them being there today. The clinic was clean, warm and inviting. I can only say good things about my experience, and would not hesitate to tell all my friends, and I now drop in just to say Hello to the girls on our daily walks.
