dr.Sue has been looking after my dogs and cats for over 30 yrs.Always professional with skill and personality. She truly cares and I would highly recommend her.Staff is always friendly and caring.A 10++++++++

I took Spook here for her health needs and found them to always be friendly and helpful. Today I chose to put Spook down due to ongoing issues and I found all the staff to be very helpful and compassionate at this difficult time. Everything was throughly explained to me and they gave me the time I needed to process what was going to happen. They have a grieving room that is setup for times like this and I found not having to go out to the general area made things a lot easier. Everything that needed to be done was done in this one room. I want to thank the staff for making a heart breaking time a little more bearable. Spook was a great girl and now she's in a better place where it's pain free. Thank you.

This vet clinic stole my cat. The person who brought him in lied and said he was associated the Cat Meow rescue, and that I gave permission to rehome my cat. Not only did Cat's Meow have no idea that their name was misused, but the vet never contacted me. The day I contacted them, they called a number that was a year old, even though the info is updated with 24 Pet Watch with my current number (and 24 Pet Watch contacted me just fine). Please be aware and don't support this vet. This isn't the first cat they stole. They are devious and will fast out lie. They also make rude comments. One time I called about cat grooming and they said it is abuse for a cat to have hair matts. I will be pursuing this with civil legal action, as I don't think the vet should get away with this sort of devious and criminal behavior.

This is by far the very best vet clinic in town. We have been to five other clinics over the past 25 years; until we found Dr. Sue and her awesome staff five years ago, our neighbor referred us! We had a cat with issues over the years that were finally diagnosed and has been feeling great since finding Dr. Sue’s! Her staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help anytime. You should call Dr. Sue!

The best vet around. I 100% trust Dr. Sue with all 6 of my pets lives. I have never seen a more dedicated vet. She is very knowledgeable and will do whatever she can to help you out. I drive over 30 minutes to the clinic - its worth it!!

Absolutely fantastic staff. I wholeheartedly trust Sue and her staff with my French bulldog Walter to ensure he's not only well taken care of, but that he also receives the attention and love he deserves. Sue's knowledge and judgment is incomparable and I've never met a vet who cares so much about my baby's wellbeing. Emily is also an amazing vet tech who didn't leave my baby's side for well over an hour after his neuter to ensure his breathing tube was removed appropriately and that everything was back to normal before she even thought to conduct any other duties. I will return to this clinic a million times over (well hopefully not as I'd like my baby to be healthy, but you get my point :D)

Love Dr. Sue and the staff at Holliday. They are all such caring and compassionate people. We will be continuing to take our pets here for a long time.

Very disappointed with the service of the new lead veterinarian. I've taken my animals here for years and just recently as the new owner has taken over I've lost hope. Please do your animals a favour and take them to a different vet Dr. Sue is in it for the money, find someone who is in it for the animals.
