Dr Simon has cared for my 2 shelties for many years. He & staff have been understanding & effective treating all our needs. His advice has been spot-on. I appreciate the gentle approach & care. I confidentally recommend this “Animal Hospital” to anyone who values reasonable, knowledgeable, & gentle care. “Scottie” looks forward to his visits.... how rare is that !!! Me too!

Dr. Simon is a dedicated and heartfelt vet. Having used other vets in the area he does not try to up-sell services or unnecessary medications. He has treated our pets for over a year after we were discouraged and disheartened by several local vets who seem to live on up-selling and tests that they have to send away. Dr. Simon and his staff do most everything in-house which leads to faster diagnosis and treatment. This type of vet hospital is unfortunately becoming fewer and far between.
Oh and he still takes emergency calls. Try that with your vet.

We brought in our male cat and a female cat to get fixed. Our male cat surgery went fine and our female cat died. How does that happen in such a routine procedure?

Our little dog just loves and trusts Dr Simon and all the staff and runs right up to them. He is very knowledgable and explains everything as he goes along without rushing. We're so very lucky they've moved here

We live in north qualicum beach and there are plenty of Veternarians In our area but we chose to drive the fifteen minutes to see Dr. Simon. Every experience with him and his staff has been a good one. He takes the time to explain everything and never talks over your head. I recommend him to everyone as he genuinely cares for the animals he works with and it shows through his quality of care. Thanks for everything!
