My dog received excellent care when he hurt his neck. The vet was caring and compassionate, understood my anxiety and put my heart and mind at ease. Never did they try to push the expensive surgery that another Kelowna clinic tried to convince me for him to have. Alpine suggested another significantly treatment that worked and I wasn't out $5,000

Dr.Sapra spayed my princess 6yrs ago and my handsome lil boy. Both were textbook and both recovered super fast. When my female Stanferd hurt her paw I took her in and the bill came to 180$ and being in a rough spot I only had 100$ on me, he took off 80$! He even called to make sure she was healing alright. I appreciate his kind staff as well.

Dr. Sapra did my puppy's first shots, over charged me and then stated that he would need to do all of the shots over again. When asking him why he stated that I had waited to long to get the follow ups and that they may or may not work.. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. He was also pushing deworming pills onto my puppy. After he had already done 2 deworming's and told him that our puppy did not have worms by looking at his Bowel Movements. When we decided to switch vets because of the way he was over charging and treating us he was arrogant and rude. He would NOT hand over our dogs health record to show us what shot he actually had gotten. Dr. Sapra is a money hungry man, and does NOT care about the animals. I will NEVER go back to Alpine.

Dolly had been spayed, she has no scaring, she was running around within hours , I freaked out cause she was crying in the office but its natural for her to be scared, excellent clinic amazing vet thanks so much melony girard

I brought my new puppy in for his second shots and was so happy with the experience. I chose Dr. Sapra because of the good reviews I had heard about and found him to be a very nice person. He was friendly and accommodating and gave me a lot of information about what I should and shouldn't do with my new puppy. The girl at the front counter is very nice to talk to and seemed to really love my puppy. I will definitely recommend this vet to my friends.

NOT a good vet at all.Took my friendly cat there for an exam and he did not provide what a regular exam would entail.Partly because he seemed scared of my cat and barely touched her.He's a quack.

Got my Kitty spayed there with no concerns. They kept me updated on her progress and condition. They let me know if additional tests AVAILABLE to me but didn't make me feel like a horrible pet patent when I declined. Clean facility and friendly, knowlegable staff.

They were wonderful with my dog when I took him in when he injured his neck. He didn't try to talk me into spending a fortune. He educated me with the fact that I missed his signs of pain. He didn't charge me an emergency fee for which I am very thankful. My dog made a full recovery. The Doctor called to check up on him and did a follow up visit with no cost. I will be using them again.

I took my kittens here for both of them to be spayed. i was very happy with how i was informed of all the information and pricing up front and not after it had been completed it wasn't a surprise in the end on how much i was spending. Im very happy with how dr sapra looked out for the best interest on my cats and when i brought my dog in aswell. He is not a vet that i find beats around the bush to make money but to inform you of what is best for that pets health and how we can make it better and stronger. The staff also was very helpful with insuring me when my cats were awake and that they were also doing great after there spay. I find every one there is helpful and encouraging. I defiantly will be going back to Alpine Pet Hospital.

I am using this vet since last 5 years and I found this vet awesome in every respect my pets feel like they are at home. staff and vet himself gives there services in a professional way. their prices are awesome

I do not believe that this vet has improved as I am still hearing bad things about this vet.I even know of some animal rescue groups that refuse to use him.Cheaper vets are usually cheap for a reason-either they don't know what they are doing (ie-this vet)or its cheaper just to get you in the door and then suddenly your paying a small fortune (ie-this vet also).Please for the sake of your pet don't go to this vet.

This pet clinic was very helpful for me! Dr.Sapra has a great knowledge of what he's doing and the staff is very friendly. I had an overall great experience here and I am definitely bringing my dogs back here for their next checkup! I would highly recommend this clinic!!

Awesome clinic! Staff is so friendly. Dr Sapra is very kind and is so great at explaining treatment and educating me in the process. Pricing is very reasonable. Overall awesome vet! I would totally recommend him!

This vet charged me over $600 for basic vaccination visits. Talked me into a urinalysis as my pup seemed to be urinating frequently. All negative results, then tried to talk me into having another f/u urinalysis. After discovering that my pup had ear mites, vet tried to sell me a topical blanket medication that covered worms as well as ear mites for $104, when I had already paid for a year supply of Drontal. Vet was barely able to explain vaccinations and forgot to offer some that the receptionist later offered me. Will never return. Do not recommend anyone use this vet.

Spent 500+ to find out our male cat had a (very common) UTI. We had the exact same experience as previous commenter inthat the Doctor seemed afraid of our very gentle cat. Perhaps "jumping back" is a ploy to get people to agree to unnecessary treatments like sedation or X-ray. I wish I would have checked out this site before subjecting my kitty (and my cheque book) to this unfortunate and disappointing experience.

Extremely bad vet!Do not understand how he passed the course as I knew more than he did.He diagnosed my pet incorrectly which ended up costing me at least 7x what that visit cost.He was actually scared of my cat (who is not aggressive) and even jumped back at one point.I have since talked to others who were very unhappy with this vet.Going to any other vet in Kelowna would be better.Oh, he also falsified records on my cat when he realized he may be in trouble with the vet association. He is quickly getting a bad name around Kelowna and I do not want to see anyones pet hurt because he is an incompetant vet.
