Be careful if using this clinic...They pulled a "Bait and Switch" scheme on me! I called to make a dental appointment and specifically with Dr Lung for one of my dogs and had to wait over a week to get in. When I arrived for the appointment, after asking a few questions I discovered it was not going to be Dr Lung performing the procedure, it was going to be another much less experienced Vet. I was told that Dr Lung doesn't work that particular day of the week so I had to reschedule, which I did. Once I realized I was going to have to wait almost another 2 weeks, I follwed up with a phone call. One of the Staff, though friendly and professional, put me on hold to transfer me to the office admin. I was subsequently disconnected while on hold. Definitely NOT liking how that was handled!
