Dr Mundi was the head vet..Now, you don't know who is who..Where is Dr Mundi? dont know..Other vets?? arrive late for booked appts.car trouble??.Always prescribe medicines.Short staffed I was put on hold for 30 minutes.Told cat had a tumour..no an abcess from a bite!!Originally operated by Dr Mundi great..now with others..not so good.Also do not have many in house tests.Sent to vancouver,.

New to BC and brought my baby in for his regular exam and shots. The vet was friendly and efficient and the cost was half what I paid for the same thing in Alberta. They also take care of cats from the cat coalition, they care for animals and it shows.

We have had Dr. Mundi care for our four pets since 8 years now. Always impressed with the time and manner with everyone. The Doc saved my dog and was attentive to my observations. I Highly recommend this clinic. This Dr. stitched back together a dog that had been "butchered" regardless of the expected outcome and had it in the paper,hoping to identify the guilty.Bravo to this Professional and his staff on a compassionate endeavor...by the way.

This clinic is not winning my respect or recommendation. They advertise everywhere that they are open 7 days a week. Even open on holidays but this past holiday thy were closed. Why advertise your open and not be open. That's lying. Lost my business. I had to go to another clinic.

I live in WestBank. My very first very visit was one year ago when my dog had a severe leg severe injury. I found Dr. Mundi very professional and caring. My pet recovered well from the injury. Since then I am his regular client and recommending his name to everyone. Last week one of my friend also visited burtch and was very pleased with service especially when all other vets were closed.

This was a horrible experience. Mis diagnosis, over charged, terrible service. unnecessary tests. I went for several other vet opinions and all of them confirmed we were taken advantage of, and over charged. No follow up after several negative social media posts to try to come up with a resolution. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. $1000 for another vet to tell me the cat had asthma. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET

Over priced, did nothing to help my dog and threw in extra unnecessary tests/ or recommendations such as only the dog food they sell just to make extra coin. I felt more scammed after seeing another vet who fixed my dogs simple ear infection for $35 as oppose to Burtch where I walked out spending $130 and it didnt help... Rip off

Left my animal there for a routine procedure. The girl i met in the morning was the most unfriendliest person I have ever met, and I work retail. The Dr. was not very friendly. Very point blank and right to the point. Never listened to my concerns or answered my questions just tried to sell me food and dental work that was not needed. All my animals have amazing teeth and have no dietary issues. It was like he just memorized the text book for veterinary medicine. I had to make another appointment for the next day at another clinic to have my issues dealt with. All I can say is they are all about the money. Cheap yes, but so not worth it.

Staff that we had were rude and got irritated if you asked them any questions. Did not feel welcome by the two girls that I had to deal with. They never informed about cost of procedures and got mad and rolled eyes if you asked about the cost of services. DR.Mundi seems nice and concerned about pets .He was good to deal with and polite. To bad the staff were not the friendliest.The one I had a year ago with another pet was nice. Very clean facility and not to bad priced.BUT again the staff need to be trained on how to deal with and treat people from all walks of life.Not everyone is well off and can afford to spend a lot.Everyone that comes through that door should be treated nice no matter how many questions they might ask..

Excellent affordable care for our 2 kitties who were neutered recently. Caring, professional staff and follow-up reassuring us all was well. I highly recommend Dr. Mundi and his clinic.

I just love Dr Mundi! He was so gentle and caring with my dog. She had a broken nail and they got me in ASAP. Friendly staff on the phone, and you can really tell he cares. I have switched from my previous vet to Burtch :)

Before going to Burtch Animal Hospital I was at another clinic, they treated my puppy badly. When she had her boosters, they made her screech so loudly and she kept crying throughout the whole journey home. But when I came to Burtch, Dr Mundi treated my dog extremely well. She didn't even notice the injections! Also the rates here are ridiculously good considering you're in a clean environment, friendly staff with great knowledge. I highly recommend it here.

I took my sick dog to Dr. Mundi. He did some blood work and found some abnormality on it. He gave us two options, repeat blood test after a course of medication for about four weeks or immediate referral to Dr. Kaplan. We opted second option, we went to see Dr. Kaplan, He made exactly the same recommendations. The blood test was repeated after four weeks and it was normal. We respect both Doctors for their honest opinions.

I don't agree with the previous comments. Dr. Mundi did a big emergency surgery on my dog at midnight. One of my friend got cruciate repair surgery done on his dog. I have seen him recommending to other vets for 2nd opinion which I think is best for our pet's health.

I am going to this practice for last 3 months. For the first time, I went to Dr.Mundi for the second opinion for a teeth problem my dog had. My previous vet told me that first Molar on the lower jaw needs to come out because of the bad infection and gave me a estimate of $700.00.Dr. Mundi examined the mouth of my dog & told me that nothing was wrong with the tooth and there was a small piece of wood stuck between the teeth. He removed the wood piece in front of me. It gave a big relief to my dog. I respect Dr. Mundi for his honest opinion and he saved my $700.00 and Riley is not in pain any more.

This is a new clinic, so their clinic walls are bare and there is no educational material right at hand. The vet is good and he answered all my questions. The staff always have a smile on their face and they offer educational material mainly on teeth and breath and de-worming. I like this place. Its clean and they offer a great atmosphere. I will be going back here.
