Called to inquire about their emergency services. I asked if this was an emergency vet clinic - I was told no, it was an after hours clinic (although all their advertising says "Emergency Clinic"!!!. Asked if they could take care of my dog who was not able to stand on his hind legs. She said if the legs were broken, they could do nothing, if it was neurological, they could do nothing! I would have to go to either Guelph or Mississauga! WTF - what kind of Emergency clinic is this??? Oh, that's right, its not an emergency clinic - just after hours clinic!!!! OMG

I came in with a true emergency and then receptionist (DAWN) was completely unprofessional, rude and had zero compassion or kindness. She even went as far as to shout at me for requesting the vet see my DYING pet (she was gasping for air in my hands) before I sat down to fill out her new patient form. Dawn spent a good majority of her time judging me for my treatment choices, laughing at the fact that she yelled at me and laughing and giggling loudly at who knows what while I waited in one of the exam rooms for consent forms for euthanasia. NEVER have I experienced such sickening, childish behaviour in an environment like this.
I even went up and apologized directly to her if she felt I came off rude as I couldn’t understand why she would be so rude.I explained that I was just very concerned about my pet. Most people would show some understanding and kindness.. perhaps even accept the apology! Not Dawn.. she simply said “yep” and continued to mess around with the things on her des

Brought my puppy in for respiratory issues. He also was throwing up, and had hugely swollen eyes. He could barely breathe, had a short wait then was told barely anything before they suggested giving him a steroid shot. Didn't answer my questions well and told me to bring him back if he started collapsing. Wasn't happy wth how uninterested the vet seemed in my concerns. I also live 15 minutes away from them and they are the closest emergency vet so I didn't like them sending my puppy home, still very sick, and having to just hope if he stopped breathing again I could make the 15 minute drive in time. Overall felt overcharged for very little info and help.

We had to bring our beautiful 14 year senior Border Collie in early Sunday Morning to be put to sleep. We called first, had a 30 minute drive and Dr. Scott Reid came out and helped to bring him in. My family and I would like to thank Dr. Reid for his care and compassion not only to our boy "Oreo" but also to us.

I was sent here to get sutures on my dog from my vet. He already has a antibiotic (injection) and the dr said I needed more and charged me for them in pill form. I went back to our vet and she was not happy that he charged us for more pills after she wrote the vet a note stating our dog already received them. Wasted my money and my time.$$

I arrived at the clinic that is an after hours vet which I regular vet office had called telling them I was on my way. You have to ring a bell to enter, which I did and Dr. Arnold came to the door and said" I was coming to the door you didn't have to ring the bell" bad first impression... He ask who I was and said "I got a lot of calls from them.. what are you here for. My dog needed sutures, he suggested the most expensive procedure which I declided he said that I was already getting a discount since my vet had called over and should go with the most expensive procedure he was not happy, told me to come back in 45 mins he said it was not easy but he got it done. My dog was wearing a buster collar which he did not need and I was charge for it. Very cold does not show any affection towards the animals. Will not return.

This is after hours clinic for my vet. Used this clinic many times for my cat and dogs. Late last night brought my dog in with bloat. Life threatening condition. She is only 4 years old. I have always paid when going there or my vet. after hours is very expensive anywhere from 300-400 or more. Last night asked if they would extend and let me pay on Thursday pay day. They refused. Apparently I am not one of their clients. All the previous visits meant nothing. I asked point blank so if the dogs stomach flips you would let her die and they replied we could discuss euthenasia at this time. At 12-1 in am I had to wake people to see if I could borrow for 2 days the 1,000. needed to lavage stomach and if stomach flipped another 3,000-5,000 to save her life.Have supported them for years and given them say 10 vists by 300-600 per visit but not client. Unacceptable!Need afterhours clinic connected to our vet consider us clients so our pets are not euthanised by the allmighty $$ for 2 day wait!
