If only I could give a zero. This vet has completely ruined my dog. They severely over vaccinated her rabies shots giving her one 5 months after her first. 5 weeks following vaccinination she was returned with rear end paralysis, asked if it was a reaction to the vaccine and told no its possibly herniated or slipped disc very common She was misdiagnosed and then ignored. Went on to suffer brain inflammation, spinal inflammation, tremors, foaming at mouth and seizures near death. My dog now suffers an autoimmune disease that mimics all the symptoms of rabies and has 2 years to live this place kills animals.

Terrible ! Do NOT take your pets here. From billing to poor service that was very over priced. This vet could not even catch that my dog had fleas. Prescribed pills that were not needed and that were dispensed incorrectly and billed in correctly. The rooms were gross and not very clean. I’m telling everyone I know to NOT go here and they lots my business and we have 3 large dogs and have never experienced such bad service before.

We were very upset with the misdiagnosis of our cat. They had him in their care for 2 days and did not check him over as we were told. We were told he needed a complete blood count as it wasn't apparent what was wrong. We took him to another clinic and within 5 minutes the vet told us our cat had been hit by a vehicle and had a spinal fracture. This was later verified by an xray. I would not recommend this clinic.

I have had great service from all the staff here. They are kind, caring, considerate, informative and have always been very helpful of me and my fur babies.

Finding a superb vet was a priority for our 13 year old Collie, Braidie. We were extremely fortunate to discover Dr. Ringness who is deeply caring and supportive of her patients and their humans. Her ability to listen intently and her wealth of experience make her a superb diagnostician. Her thorough and excellent diagnosis, avoids unnecessary procedures and expense. She explains treatment options clearly and works respectfully and collaboratively with us, always taking time to carefully consider our observations of Braidie and our opinions. Caring is demonstrated by follow-up phonecalls. The best testimony is that Braidie, a “frequent flyer” at Crescent Falls practice, used to be afraid of vets, but now she waltzes confidently through the door to be greeted by Dr. Ringness and her friendly, relaxed, efficient Staff.

Dr. Trinity Smith works out of this small vet clinic. It is owned by Christina Ringness, who does extensive work for a local animal advocacy group. I have found that Dr. Ringness is, in geeral, more difficult to work with- as she is very set in her ways. BUt I would not hesitate to have her treat my animals if Dr. Smith is unavailable. Dr. Smith is very competent in her surguries and treatment. She is realistic and will give as much information to an animal guardian as possible, so that they can make an informed decision about the care of the animal. She is receptive to new treatments and follows up on information very well. I trust that my animals receive the best and most cutting edge services when they are in her care. She is also very realistic about costs and very up front with her clients, as she is aware that some people are unable to afford some treatments- she will advise them to other avenues, and allow them to make the decisions. I always suggest people see her when
