I have turned them over to the BBB. As a result of their practices, I lost my beloved pet..I notified them by letter, I ask for my money back, they declined. They will not accept any resonsibility for the death of my pet.They gave him a shot that apparantely was fatal to him.They did not notify me of treatment before it was given. They say it was CHF and fluid on the heart. Two weeks before my vet. took xrays, no evidence of either. She said my pet did not have heart problems.He was sitting in my lap calm, looking around, approx 1-1/2 hrs. later, his fur was wet,eyes glassy,& in a state of convulsing, he did not even know I was there.They wanted more money that I could not afford to give them.
