I have a spoiled Westie with separation anxiety who has never been locked in a crate. I was so nervous about having her teeth cleaned and the stress to both me and her. Doctor Charlie allowed me to sit in the room alone with her as she fell peacefully asleep with the anesthesia. He carried her to the back and she was still drowsy when I picked her up six hours later. As a result she would have barely realized I was gone. Her teeth are now shiny white and healthy. Loved everyone there and we will definitely be back. Thanks for the stress free experience.

This is easily the WORST vet office I have ever been to. Please DO NOT take your pet here. I took my cat here when she had a UTI and Dr. Chan blatantly ignored her test results and ordered an anti-inflammatory. When I received a second opinion, they were shocked that a vet could ignore such results, and that in doing so is nothing short of cruelty. After arguing continuously with the staff at Rocky Ridge, I was finally given an antibiotic. When I returned home to give the antibiotic, I realized that I was only supplied half the prescribed dose. In addition to this, the price quoted to spay my cat at Rocky Ridge was TWICE that of another vet. All in all, a very disappointing and shocking experience. Please take your pet somewhere else.

Dr. Charlie Sulko is the best vet I have ever brought my doc to. He's been our regular vet for 5 years now and I credit him for saving my dog's life. Vet Charlie is dedicated, sympathetic, compassionate and very knowledgable on even the rare diseases. We have had nothing but excellent service here from vet Charlie and his wonderful staff. The clinic is always clean staff friendly and helpful. They always follow up on any visit. Your pet will be in good hands here!

After 30 years of owning cats and dealing with vets, I have to put Dr. Charlie in the top 3 of all time. His compassion, patience, knowledge and flexibility made my life a lot less stressful when my 11-year old cat developed kidney disease. I would recommend Dr. Charlie and his staff without reservation.

The clinic is great, the staff is very helpful. They have always helped me with my dog. In one case they had to stay after hours because I brought the dog 2 minutes before closing and my dog needed stitches. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I took my 11 week old kitten here because he was having diarrhea and some other symptoms. The Vet suggested blood work to be sure it wasn't something worse. He took my cat and after a few mins and hearing my cat wail in the back I assumed it was all over. He brought my kitten back covered in urine. He had gotten so scared he peed and pooped himself. They didn't bother cleaning him up. The vet said he turned blue so he stopped so he didn't collapse. And if I wanted to bring him back he can sedate him and try again ($$$) I left with a deworming pill and no answers. Except to watch his cough because it may be his heart. He kept calling my cat a girl, and comparing him to a bulldog.. That's right DOG. I am not pleased whatsoever and still have no idea what's wrong with my new kitten.
