Was told my dog must. Have tests and start a drug treatment before. They could figure out what wrong. They wanted $800 all in. I refused okyed ONE determinative test. Dog found not to need treatment

They are HORRIBLE!! My cat has been vomiting and has lost weight for the last few weeks. We took him here because they said they would "work with us" regarding payment and claim to be affordable, we told them we couldn't afford all types of testing and were willing to be billed for payment but had enough for the visit, they did x-rays and took blood too and then they present us a bill of over $300!! When we couldn't pay which they said they would "work with us" they told us to leave without the prescription they had written up. When my husband asked for the prescription which we did pay for, they said "it will give you an incentive to pay your bill". horrible place.. horrible staff.. just plain horrible!!!
