When Waterman was there it was great. Now I would never recommend anyone to go here. Not knowledgeable about simple things and not hands on or even friendly with my dog when I went in.

My family has been going to this veterinary clinic for years. When Dr. Waterman was there, this clinic was amazing. Sadly, when he left, this clinic went downhill. For a while, though, things were ok. Dr. Toma was there for a while, and diagnosed my 15 year old cat Kassy with a dislocating patella, and started putting her on some shots that would help her with the pain. And so they did. But then he left, and the staff left us with no explanation as to why he did. Now, there's a new doctor there, who's name we don't even know, who doesn't even know how to do a routine exam, like when we took out 7 year old cat Manic in, and he just sort of ran his hands over the cat and said he was healthy and charged us $250, and upped the price of Kassy's shots, despite nothing changing there either. Oh, and he wants to see Kassy, to re-diagnose her or something. Also, his accent is so thick, I can't even understand half of what he says, and he mostly just mumbles to himself. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Took my 2 dogs to be examined, one had a lump and the other has breathing problems. I was met by a very friendly staff and the new Vet Dr. Toma was very pleasant, informative and gentle with my pets. I will not hesitate to go there again & I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Both my pets are happy & doing fine now due to the medication & care they received at Lynnwood.

Words cannot even explain how very disappointed, disgusted and discouraged I am with Lynnwood Veterinary Hospital. I have been taking my pets to Lynnwood for about 12 years, and have had great past experiences with Dr. Don Waterman and Dr. Bridges. But since they have recently changed management it has been nothing more than targets, quotas, and how much they collect $$$ from each loving pet owner. THIS IS MY STORY: My dog had a corneal edema on his right eye. About a month ago I had Lynnwood asses it and found out the there was nothing they could do for him, just apply drops and follow up appointments once a week were going to be necessary. I did however receive a $387.00 bill for 4 types of medications, the vet assessment and tests, and just to walk through the door was an extra $78.00. One week later I did the follow up exam. They still had no answers, possible causes or solutions to fix my dogs eye. Always a different doctor looking at him, and another HUGE vet bill for all the sam
