We've been to many vets through the years, and hands down, Drs. Cailles, Owren-Fayne, and Heidgerd are THE BEST! We're so glad we found these caring, knowledgeable, and lovely doctors to care for Lila, Willow, and Beau. They are very thorough with their exams, take time to listen and answer all our questions, and offer advice on care, diet, recommendations on products, etc. And the staff (Carol, Dawn, Becky & Phyliss) are just terrific. Always polite, helpful and accommodating. Finally, the office ad exam rooms are clean, bright and cheery! Overall, a great experience with confidence that our babies are in good hands.

Drs. Janisse Cailles & Anna Owren-Fayne are caring, gentle, knowlegeble, and professional vets. They take their time with our kitties, explain everything clearly and allow us the time we need to ask questions and understand what needs to be done and why. We can see how they truly enjoy the animals and treat them as if they were their own. We also receive follow up calls after a visit to see how our pets are doing and to see if we have any questions....They're always accessible What a rarity!! We always feel confident we're getting the best care possible for the animals we love. Staff is great, too!
