We have had over a dozen pets looked after by the vets at Eastridge and I would not take my animals anywhere else. The staff is professional, caring and competent. Numerous difficult surgeries have been performed by Dr. Whitley to remove cancerous tumors etc and her skills are excellent. 5 stars all the way.

I brought my dog into see vet June Siu because he was limping. The x-ray came back he had cancer. Not suprised as he is an older dog. So June says I recommend putting him down before the weekend, this is on a Thursday at 1pm. He was still running around as happy as ever and I could not believe she said this to me. I was crushed. Thankfully I did not take her advice. She does not seem to care about animals at all and comes off extremely stupid. The other vets here may be good I don't know but DO NOT go see her if you care about your animal. I have since talked to two other friends that had to deal with her and changed vets right after as I did as well.

New Client - last week saw DR. WOLFE. Very, very pleased with her "bedside" manner. She was so gentle with my sick cat! She looks young, but don't let that scare you. She explained everything she was doing and why, and I found her to be very thorough. I didn't feel rushed during the appointment. Dr. Wolfe took the time to answer all my questions and even welcomed me to call her if I had other questions or concerns. Met JENNIFER at the front desk, she was very friendly, nice and polite.

Dr Loff is by far the best vet I have ever had. I would highly recommend him. Most of the front line staff are good, there are a couple who could have better people skills but what is the most important to me is the vet!!!

New Client at this clinic and was very impressed. Staff was very helpful when I phoned with questions and to book my appointment and I dealt with the newer female Dr. Dr Wolfe. Loved her! I know there are 2 female veterinarians these people saying bad things about "the female vet" should be more specific. I Highly recommend them.

We have had the privilege of having David as our vet to look after a total of 7 cats and 1 dog - his care i exceptional and compassionate as we have lost 6 of the 7 cats due to age - the oldest as 19 1/2! The staff are first class - always friendly and offering to help in any way possible. The facilities are always spotless and we very rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes past an appointment time. Pets cost money - but we received excellent value for our payments. We always recommend David and his clinic to friends and new residents that we meet! Many thanks Ian and Thelma Whiting

Not returning because of Dr. Ralph who I had to deal with during Dr. Loff's absence. Now, I discovered that even Dr. Loff was silently killing my dog through Vitamin E overdose and cartophen injections which are known to cause liver and bone cancer (http://companionaid.wordpress.com/201...). Beware! Never believe nor listen blindly to a vet. Always do your research and question everything! Vitamin E overdose causes excessive bleeding which lead to anaemia in my dog. How can cancer be prevented much less fought by an anaemic dog?!

I tell all my family and friends about Dr. Loff. He is a very kind and caring person. He is always willing to take the time to know your dog's lifestyle before prescribing or advising on health issues. Our dogs love visiting him.

Dr. Loff is the best. Having lived all over the USA and Western Canada we have encountered many vets. Nobody has ever come close to Dr Loff. His genuine feeling for your dog (and you) is obvious, as is the reason he is doing what he does. It's so NOT all about the money like so many vets. Even when we lived away, we would try and schedule vet visits with him when we knew we would be in the area. As far as staff goes....Isabel is as good as it gets. Same level of compassion for people and dogs.

Dr. Sarah Ralph is an intelligent, careful listener who explains things well, and does not push an agenda. She is gentle and patient with my large dog, my small dog, and my cat. Not a low cost clinic, but I don't mind paying for peace of mind and quality.

I've had a lot of Vet's in my time, but Dr. Loff is by far the best. You can tell he really cares about the animals, it's not just about money. He always goes out of his way to make sure Gracie and Oscar are comfortable....he even gets down on the floor with them. His associate however, is another story...I will never see her again. Its amazing how two so different people can practice in the same office. Dr. Loff is tops!

Dr. Loff and his staff are first class professionals. I have yet to find a more thorough veterinarian that takes his time, doesn't rush, and explains everything that is going on. He is the kindest, and most compassionate vet I have every encountered.
