As a disabled person, living on apitiful pension , iasked for some financial aide to get my best friend his yearly kennel cough innoculations.The manager said "what am i supposed to pay for this out of my pocket?" these people hav no charity and no heart. Do you want these types of people looking after your family pet? Now known as ospika animal hospital.

I find them to be very good,but admit that there is one vet I just simply don't care for, not her skills, i just don't like her. They recently hired 2 new vets one being Dr. Janelle Meritt she is probably one of the best vets I've come across in a very long time! The 2 regular front desk girls are really good and know what they are doing, one of the newer ones, not so much! I have never had a problem getting the vet i request, or getting an appointment quickly. By the way... this clinic is now called Ospika animal hospital.

I would agree that Kim Swift was a caring and knowleagable vet, but overall the services at this establishment I would rate as quite poor. Lack of continuity of care (despite request to see same vet for follow ups, saw different vets each single time - upwards to 5-6 visits). 2 vets were quite condescending towards health related concerns. Not pleased with attitude of many support staff at counter.

Dr. Swift is very caring vet. She thoroughly investigates owners concerns and then provides her opinion and treatment options. She speaks to owners in laymans terms to ensure understanding. I would recommend her to anyone!
