I routinely take my animals to this vet clinic and am very pleased with the medical care that they receive. Both the doctors and staff are quite knowledgeable and professional without losing the "small-town" feel. I have had the vets from Cokato Veterinary Services out to do work done on my cattle, horses, and dog--and all of it has turned out well!

Cokato Veterinary Services have some staff members that are very rude including the veterinary himself. Does not want to go out of his way to help clients. Was told by him he doesn't need clients like me when I asked for a prescription to get a medication for my dog elsewhere. Stated he doesn't pay his "girls" to take the time fax prescriptions to other companies. I can understand that to a point but when he told me several times in the same phone conversation he doesn't need clients like me I couldn't believe what he said. If he can't take the time to do a simple thing as sending a fax he does not instill confidence in being able to take care of my pets. Wouldn't give me copies of my dogs lab records when he got them back from the lab, which the client has a right to. he said they were his property. Being a new vet that's not the way to get or keep clients. He has a very bad attitude towards clients that ask questions. Bottom line I would not recommend this clinic.
