Do NOT use the kennels!! Should have listened to our gut feeling when we dropped our dog off. Kennels are in a small storage room. Was a family looking after that part, suppose to go in twice a day. A little boy that was with a woman was not talking nice to another dog in there. When we picked up our dog, her bed was wet. She had a noticeably bright red sore on her nose. Nobody mentioned anything to us! We asked the staff and they had no idea (lie?). I did notice the staff at the back area was watching, whispering to each other. Last time took our dog there and have voiced our opinion to others to warn!!! Disgusting it was like hush hush like we wouldn't notice the open wound. Disgusting our dog was not looked after like she deserved to be! Disgusting the attitude, looks we received from the staff! They did give free antibiotic for the wound -- thanks! Unprofessional business, not caring! Bad when have to ask what happened to our dog in the first place, they should have told us

I have brought my puppy here twice for her vaccinations. The first time went well, the technician was very helpful and the vet was only satisfactory. The second time she seen a different vet and it was horrible. When putting in the needles my dog SCREAMED-something I have never seen a dog do so she must have hit the wrong spot or something. When using the rectal thermometer my dog was crying again. She also administered the bordatella vaccine through her nose which ended up getting all over her face. I had questions regarding a UTI since my dog was having green discharge and it was chalked up to her approaching her heat - she is only 18 weeks old I doubt that. I also asked about a sedative for flying with her in cabin and they said she would need a separate examination before they would even answer my questions about flying. SHE WAS BEING EXAMINED RIGHT THEN! They just wanted another $100 from me for another appointment. My friends warned me about the service and they were right!
