Dr. Sue really cares about animals, owning several herself. She got into veterinary medicine for all the right reasons. Completely trust her, and know she has the best interest of your pet in mind. Unlike some "other" clinics that are just there to empty your wallet. Keep up the great work and personalized service.

This is an excellent clinic overall - the staff is friendly and more like family. They are really great with the animals. I recommend this clinic to people considering a Vet in this area, I think the genuinely care about your pet. A little pricey but overall a good clinic

I had my dog and cat with another vet. We purchased a new kitten and wanted to have her vet checked before bringing her home, to avoid infecting our other animals with anything she might have. (Turned out she had fleas). We had called our other vet the day before and the secretary couldn't get us in for a whole week. I called Big Creek and they completely understood my concern and gave me an appointment right away for the day I was bringing my kitten home. I was so impressed with the personal care my pet received. I was used to being rushed through at my old vet's. Dr. Wilkinson really takes time to get to know you and your pet. She even took pictures of my new kitten. Highly recommend!
