Front staff is very friendly, Dr. is very knowledgeable and very direct. He is quick with his comments yet thorough with his exam. His accent is very thick, however he had no problem repeating himself or explaining things to me again. His prices are fair and his wait times are low. Solo the puppy is grateful for helping her with her puppy problems.

We have a rescue Sharpei with lots of different problems. After making Dr. Dhillon our regular vet, we have found taking care of and managing these problems has become a lot easier. He is always aware of how uncomfortable our dog is in vet offices and accommodates her every time. Fantastic hours as well, which meant a lot because we all have busy lives. As an owner I am a pretty tough advocate for my animal and he genuinely seems like he cares for my dog; which is what I really respect. His staff is always caring and friendly too. I would (and have) recommend his practice to anyone without worry that they will be well taken care of.

These doctors are both very good. I have been dealing with them for five years. They don't overprescribe drugs. Their culture is different so you have to be patient. Don't expect fluffy and phony. They are honest and they don't get overly excitable about things. Take the time to listen to them and be patient. They are honest and not salesmen, like other vets I have been to. My dog was bitten by a lyme-disease tick. I was quite panicky and Dr. Dhillon was very calm about it and treated our Lucy. She's alive today because of him. Also the spaying went very well. No issues whatsoever and very nice small incision with no repercussions. They're very hard-working and well-educated. Look at the diplomas on the wall. I've talked to them at length about California, where they went to school. To come from their country and attend University in California with their language barriers is amazing! I hope the negative comments don't impact their practice. They are very fair in their pricing.

I needed an affordable, knowledgeable vet to neuter my 2.5yr old doberman, who had an undescended testicle (required more involved surgery). After shopping around, I was referred to Bayview Pet Services by a friend. I don't have enough space here to fully describe my experience, but I recommend this clinic and Dr. Dhillon. I only dealt with Dr. Dhillon, who was very helpful and happy to answer all my questions as best he could. I do not believe he has a knowledge issue, per other reviews; I believe he sometimes finds it difficult to communicate due to language limitations. He performed an excellent, trickier-than-expected surgery and let us watch from outside the room (we went late at night, not busy). The clinic is not pretty, but everything is there and he took all cleanliness precautions needed. At first he was breed-biased (e.g. doberman=bite), but comes from common experience in India. He warmed up quickly. If you're patient re: English, I recommend this clinic and vet.

I can attest to the competency and compassion of Dr. Dhillon and his staff, not only of our beloved 'Boing', but us also. I have recommended this clinic to others and they have agreed with me. Thank You.

Dr Jogar and Dr Dhillon both see our animals. All 6 of them. The first time I ever brought a pet to B.P.S my cat was in a strange life threatening pancreatic/liver crisis. Dr Jogar treated him. He required x-rays, blood work and an overnight stay. Dr Jogar has never seen anything quite like it in his practice so he took additional XRays at no cost to me out of his own curiosity and to get a second opinion from a few colleagues and a specialist. (Again no cost to me) At the beginning of my visit I had made him aware I didn't have the funds available right away to pay for his entire treatment but I had some and would be able to atleast pay that. He said and I quote "let's save your cat first and worry about that once we know he's O.K". Tonight my dog needed pain meds for Panosteitis, dr Dhillon was on, I left the clinic with meds and the check up fee waived. Dr Jogar and dr Dhillon are truly in veterinary medicine for the love of veterinary medicine & the animals <3 I love BPS!

Took my pet to this clinic after hours. There was only one person working and a loud tv was blaring in the back. The rooms were not very clean and a dirty towel was placed on the examining table before my pet was looked at.

As someone who used to work as a vet tech, this clinic scares me. First off there is no trained assistant or technician-who helps out during surgery? Almost sure that it is a requirement of the OVMA. The cleanliness and hygiene is sketchy-I've seen thermometers simply rinsed under tap water-not enough to disinfect from parasites that infested the animal prior to and tables with blood cleaned with a paper towel and water. One incident involved Towels on the table that had been used on a kitten with diarrhea. I had my pretty scoff that towel. The fact that they don't know common breeds or estimated ages of pets and wait for me to guess is also skeptical. They boast about their prices..where I used to work I considered on the higher end of the scale but they were actually quite comparable if not slightly cheaper than this place and the care pets got there was incomparable. I feel bad for those who think they get their money's worth here.

Dr. Jogar is amazing, he has a passion for his practice. We have been seeing him for over 2 years with our 13 year old golden retriever. Went to many vets before that, they seem to be more business minded than physicians. My dog actually walks into his clinic happily, had to coax her to walk into other clinics before. Thank you Dr. Jogar for the TLC you are giving my senior dog.

Used both Dillon and Jogar...I prefer Jogar. Dillon has a way about him but I would still trust either of them. I have used vets that weren't rude...you know the friendly "you love your vet type" but at the end of the day I know this clinic will do the very best for my pets! Dr Jogar never trys to soak you for unnecessary testing/surgery/meds. He saved two of my dogs lives when another vet almost killed one of them. This is were I will always take my pets.

I have been going to this veterinary as my primary vet ever since my dog was a puppy. They've been more or less friendly and their prices are more or less reasonable, however, the more visits we've made the ruder and money hungry they've become. Dr. Jogar seems to have been the more approachable vet, however, my experience with Dr. Dhillion was unbelievable. He did not answer any of my questions, rather, he'd scowl me when I had questioned him, injected my dog with way too many tranquilizers and had barely examined my dog. I paid my fees but my dog's situation remains unknown. I will not be going back from now on, the idea of 24/7 is great, however the service is terrible and they force services that your pet does not need. I would not recommend this veterinary to anyone. I feel like I'm putting my dog at risk whenever I am there. They're not good with pets, moreover, they seemed to be more frightened.

We cannot say enough about Dr. Jogar. Our cat needed a rare surgery that has a high risk severe complications and we are thrilled to say the surgery was a great success with no complications. Dr. Jogar reacted quickly and professionally to get the best possible care for our cat by calling in a specialist. He was very patient with us and our cat and thoroughly answered all our questions and concerns. Our cat was also recovering poorly from a previous surgery performed(incompetently) by a different clinic and Dr. Jogar was kind enough to treat that as well. What the other clinic could not do in 5 weeks of treatment, Dr. Jogar did in one week - successfully healed the first surgery site. 10 days after Dr. Jogar's surgery our cat was running and playing with his brother as if he had never been sick at all. The cost of surgery as well was minimal. I'm sure after he paid the specialist, there couldn't have been much left for him. This practice is truy there because of their love for animals

We went in with our almost 13 year old pitbull who had chronic ear infections and had been treated by another vet. She ended up with vestibular disease (very scary looking). Dr. Jogar was at the clinic at 9pm and took the time to explain, examine and care for our dog. He was VERY informative and honest. He said there were various meds we could try but that really, some of them won't be very useful for our dogs particular situation and recommended the best course if action. He took time with us and with our dog. He recommended treatment options which in the end we were fully satisfied with the choices. Not only did he recommend a course if action that worked well for us and our dog, and showed much care and kindness, but he also charged half the price of our old vet! We will definitely be using Dr. Jogar from now on for all our pets. What a wonderful experience for such a stressful time! His staff were also quite pleasant. I'm so glad we were referred to them by another client. Thanks!

I have had the opposite experience that most have seemed to have with Dr Dhillon. He was very supportive and helpful when I lost my beloved dog, including sending me a card. I have found him to be both helpful and understanding and always is upfront with what fees I will have to pay. I like him so much that I now use him as my full time vet. I had the opposite experience with Dr Jugart. I did not find him very helpful.
